Kimberly J. Munson

Kimberly Munson has been licensed to practice law since 1994. She entered Baylor University in the 3-3 program, earning her J.D. from Baylor University School of Law in 1994 and her B.B.A. from Baylor in 1992. Kimberly is admitted to practice in the State of Texas and in the Eastern District of Texas, Northern District of Texas and Southern District of Texas. During Kimberly’s 27 year litigation practice, she has conducted jury trials (in both state and federal courts), bench trials and summary jury trials. Kimberly also has more than 10 years experience serving as a mediator. She is a board member of the ADR Section of the Collin County Bar Association and is an elected Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation. Kimberly is regularly appointed as a Guardian Ad Litem in “friendly suits” involving personal injuries to minors. If you desire to conduct your mediation in person, Kimberly can conduct the mediation at the Gilbert Mediation Group’s offices in Dallas or two party mediations can also take place at The Law Offices of Kimberly J. Munson, PLLC in Allen.
