MEDIATION FEE SCHEDULE AND POLICY

TIME, DURATION, AND FEES FOR MEDIATION SESSIONS

(IN PERSON mediations – +$100.00 per party)

2-hour mediation sessions (available for simple cases (not including divorce or family law) – $425.00 per party

3-hour sessions (not recommended for family law cases) – $575.00 per party

4-hour sessions (not recommended for family law cases) – $695.00 per party

Full-day mediation sessions – $1,595.00 per party

Additional hours
*Nancy is committed to working on the case throughout the evening if necessary. Additional hours are charged at the rate of $350/hour (to be split amongst the parties).

 

All mediation fees are due seven days in advance of a scheduled mediation.

Currently, Nancy does not charge a cancellation fee, so long as this privilege is not abused. She requests that any party needing to cancel make every effort to do so at least seven days before the scheduled mediation.
