internet technology, construction law, SEC disputes,
medical and legal malpractice, business law,
corporate, commercial contract, transactional,
merger and acquisition, partnerships, products
liability, insurance, investment, finance, real
estate, oil and gas, marital property disputes,
mortgage and collaborative law difficulties.
MEDIATOR: Full-time mediator since April 1990,
having mediated over 4,000 cases involving all
areas of civil practice listed above. Participant
in Dallas Bar Association ADR program; assistant
trainer with Attorney-Mediator's Institute; completed
over 100 hours of classroom, clinic and field
training, participant in Dallas County Court-Annexed
Mediation Project.
