Robert Kisselburgh
Robert Kisselburgh is an experienced board-certified personal injury attorney with a career spanning over thirty-five years as a trial lawyer. Robert spent the first seven years of his career representing both defendants and plaintiffs in cases involving serious personal injuries, products liability, premises liability, motor vehicle collisions, trucking collisions, wrongful death, and commercial disputes. Robert then transitioned to representing injured plaintiffs. Robert has a broad range of first-chair trial experience in both state and federal courts covering a wide spectrum of cases involving serious personal injuries, wills/estate disputes, employment matters, commercial disputes, and mass torts involving pharmaceutical drugs and medical devices.
Robert serves as a guardian ad litem for minors and incapacitated adults. He has been recognized as a “Texas Super Lawyer” and served as a member and panel chair of the State Bar of Texas grievance committee. Additionally, Robert has served in leadership roles in different professional associations. He is also a proud veteran of the U.S. Air Force.
