Jennifer Stephens
Jennifer Stephens is an accomplished mediator with almost 3 decades of legal experience, bringing a wealth of knowledge and a balanced perspective to dispute resolution. A 1996 graduate of Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University in 1993.
For over 20 years, Jennifer practiced law alongside Lewis R. Sifford, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in a diverse array of litigation and business matters, including personal injury, UM/UIM, professional malpractice, employment, product liability, real estate, contracts, and securities. She has also served as outside General Counsel for businesses ranging from manufacturers to distributors and dietary supplement brands, providing her with unique insights into the dynamics of complex business and employment disputes.
Jennifer has been a part of Gilbert Mediation Group since 2014. Her ability to navigate multifaceted personal injury and business issues has made her a trusted facilitator.
