MEDIATION FEE SCHEDULE AND POLICY

TIME, DURATION, AND FEES FOR MEDIATION SESSIONS

ALL MEDIATIONS ARE DONE VIA ZOOM

2-hour sessions:
$375.00 per party (2 party cases only)

($425.00 per party beginning January 1, 2027)

3-hour sessions:
$575.00 per party (2 to 3 party cases only)

($625.00 per party beginning January 1, 2027)

4-hour sessions:
$675.00 per party (2 to 4 party cases only)

($725.00 per party beginning January 1, 2027)

Full-day sessions:
$1,500.00 per party

($1,750.00 per party beginning January 1, 2027)

RESPONSIBILITY OF PARTIES

Each party’s attorneys shall be responsible for the timely payment of all fees specified herein. The mediator reserves the right to refuse to commence the mediation session if all fees have not been tendered in acceptable form.
