MEDIATION FEE SCHEDULE AND POLICY

TIME, DURATION, AND FEES FOR MEDIATION SESSIONS

2-hour mediation sessions (2 party cases only, Zoom only) (not including divorce or family law)

      $450.00 per party

3-hour sessions (Zoom only,  not recommended for family law cases)

      $650.00 per party

4-hour sessions (not recommended for family law cases)

     $750.00 per party (Zoom)

     $1,000 per party (In-Person)

Full-day mediation sessions

      $1,750.00 per party (Zoom)

$2,000.00 per party (In-Person)

    Additional hours
*Nancy is committed to working on the case throughout the evening if necessary. Additional hours are charged at the rate of $350/hour (to be split amongst the parties).

All mediation fees are due seven days in advance of a scheduled mediation.

Currently, Nancy does not charge a cancellation fee, so long as this privilege is not abused. She requests that any party needing to cancel make every effort to do so at least seven days before the scheduled mediation.
