Jim Juneau
Jim Juneau has been licensed to practice law in Texas since 1984. He is an honor graduate of The University of Alabama School of Law, and holds a B.S. degree in Forensic Sciences from the University of Alabama in Birmingham. Before joining Gilbert Mediation Group in 2008, as a full-time mediator, Jim enjoyed a long career as a successful civil trial lawyer representing both corporate defendants and individual plaintiffs in a wide variety of catastrophic personal injury, products liability, professional malpractice, wrongful death, aviation and complex business tort cases in state and federal courts across the State of Texas. He is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He has been recognized as a “Texas Super Lawyer” by Texas Monthly and Law & Politics magazines and has been named one of Dallas’ Best ADR professionals by “D” Magazine. Jim has also had more than 30 years of experience serving as a professional arbitrator and mediator. He is a long-standing member of the American Arbitration Association’s Large and Complex Case panel of approved arbitrators, and has successfully mediated settlements in numerous complex tort and commercial cases involving allegations of products liability, medical malpractice, general negligence, premises liability, professional liability, dram shop liability, insurance coverage and bad faith, employment discrimination and harassment, partnership dissolution, business torts and commercial disputes.
