Mark S. Senter
Mark S. Senter has represented domestic and international corporate and individual clients for over 30 years in complex litigation, including construction defects, commercial disputes, mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, and insurance disputes. Mark has tried, mediated, and arbitrated hundreds of matters involving disputes arising out of construction defects, personal injury (asbestos, wrongful death, class actions), contractual negotiation and public bidding of construction projects, arbitration and litigation of employment and construction disputes, including wrongful hiring/discharge, EIFS, mold, and mildew/water intrusion matters. Mark is licensed in Louisiana (1992), Texas (2006), and Arkansas (2010). Mark is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Louisiana, the Louisiana Supreme Court, all courts of Louisiana, Texas, and Arkansas, and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, and Southern Districts of Texas. He has been admitted to practice by comity or pro hac vice and tried, mediated, and arbitrated cases in either Federal or State Courts in California, Washington, New Mexico, Texas, Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, North Carolina, South Carolina, Kentucky, and Tennessee.
