Randy Mathis
Randy Mathis has been a practicing lawyer for over 30 years. He is a graduate of Texas Tech University School of Law, and a member of the State Bar of Texas, and the State Bar of New York. He has been a successful trial lawyer with equal experience representing plaintiffs and defendants at the state and federal levels. He has garnered an exceptional reputation for trying successful civil jury cases and resolving complex and sensitive legal matters. His practice has included cases involving catastrophic personal injury, insurance coverage, commercial disputes, wills, estates, probate, guardianships, product liability-including firearms litigation, wrongful death, premises liability, sexual misconduct/abuse, and professional negligence/malpractice. Under his leadership, Mathis & Donheiser has a long history of successful high-profile jury trials and the resolution of many complex appellate matters. Before co-founding Mathis & Donheiser, he was a litigation partner and leader at the firm of Munch Hardt Kopf & Harr, and Strasburger & Price. In addition to being licensed to practice before the State Bar of Texas and New York, he is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Claims, and U.S. District Court for the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas.
