Brian H. Fant
Brian graduated from Baylor University School of Law in 1981 after receiving his Bachelor of Arts from Baylor in 1979. In 2011 he earned a Master of Laws in Elder Law from Stetson College of Law. He has been AV-rated by Martindale Hubbell his entire career and has been rated AV Preeminent since 2007. Before joining Gilbert Mediation Group in 2024 as a full-time mediator, his career included 21 years at Touchstone Bernays where he tried numerous jury trials to a verdict and participated in countless mediations. In 2002, Brian opened his own firm, and over the last 21 years, he has represented individuals who have been injured, abused, or exploited. He has also served as a guardian ad litem for minors and incapacitated adults, evaluating proposed settlements and recommending the manner in which they should be invested, including the use of Special Needs Trusts. He is admitted to the Northern and Western Districts as well as the United States District Court for the District of Colorado.
