For over 17 years, Jule served as General Counsel for Brookshire Brothers, Inc. and Polk Oil Company, Inc., where she directed litigation strategy, negotiated significant contracts, managed real estate portfolios, resolved 3rd party claims, and oversaw employment compliance and risk management initiatives across multi-faceted business operations, including oversight of a large Texas non-subscription program.
Earlier in her career, she served as Senior Corporate Attorney and EEO Manager for Temple-Inland Forest Products Corporation, handling employment disputes, discrimination claims, and compliance matters under state and federal law. Additionally, she was in-house counsel for Rosewood Properties Corporation, a Hunt affiliated entity, where she handled real estate development, acquisition and leasing matters. During her years in private practice, Jule represented clients in real estate matters, business transactions, contract disputes, employment matters, and litigation-related research and drafting.
In addition to her corporate leadership roles, Jule maintained an active mediation practice for more than a decade. She has mediated probate and estate disputes, personal injury claims, real estate conflicts, contract disputes, and other business matters.
